The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

Working Smarter
I have been in the personal training world for 10 years and today in fitness it is all about training longer, harder or more frequently – and that is ok if you are 25. The adage of ‘eat less - move more’ is not working for women in perimenopause and menopause.
I have learned this lesson the hard way. The harder I trained to lose the unwanted weight I have gained, the more I wanted to eat and the more tired I was. Now that I am in my 50’s, I rarely workout more than four times per week and I have regained my strength and energy.
To develop a healthy fit body and keep it, does not require working harder, longer or more frequently. It is all about working smarter. That is what I am going to teach you how to do.
I have a fully equipped gym which I use to demonstrate the precise bespoke exercise regime you will need to do to obtain your fitness goals.
